What happens next
Please review the policies and forms below before booking your session or purchasing a Journey package. These documents outline important information about scheduling, cancellations, consent, and your rights and responsibilities, ensuring you understand and agree to the terms before proceeding.
If purchasing a Journey package, you’ll receive a unique package code to use when scheduling your sessions. Each session is booked separately through the regular booking calendar, so you can schedule your appointments as you move through your Journey. Simply select the One-Hour Multidimensional Quantum Healing Session, choose your preferred date and time, and enter your package code when booking. One session will be deducted from your package each time the code is used, and the same code can be used to schedule your remaining sessions until your Journey is complete.

Each appointment must be scheduled separately and is subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, consent, waiver and recording terms presented during booking.
All appointments included in the package must be booked and completed within 12 months of the purchase date. Any appointments remaining after that period will expire, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable and will be considered used.
Appointments booked less than 48 hours in advance fall within the cancellation period and are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled once booked, except at Carolina’s discretion in the event of a genuine emergency.
Completed sessions are non-refundable. Individual experiences and results vary, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.
If Carolina is unable to provide the remaining appointments in a package, the client will receive a prorated refund for the unused appointments.
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
